Head of Organizational Performance

At Lendo, we are a fast-growing FinTech company focused on building a strong and successful team. As we grow, we want to create a workplace where people can develop, perform at their best, and feel supported. We are looking for a Head of Organizational Performance and Development to help us improve how we manage talent, set goals, and support employees. In this role, you will work with department leaders to find skill gaps, introduce an OKR system to track progress, and guide managers on goal setting. You will also lead programs to develop employees, promote well-being, and build a strong company culture. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Collaboration**:
- Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and skill development opportunities, ensuring the workforce is prepared to meet future business demands.
**Performance Management**:
- Design and implement a comprehensive OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align individual, team, and organizational objectives, driving clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
**OKR Coaching**:
- Provide coaching to managers on setting, tracking, and achieving OKRs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and fostering a results-oriented culture.
**Employee Development**:
- Create and execute programs to develop skills and competencies across all levels of the organization, supporting career progression and organizational capability.
**Employee Well-Being**:
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee well-being, including wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and mental health support resources, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
**Cultural Excellence**:
- Promote a high-performance and inclusive culture, ensuring that organizational values are integrated into performance and development strategies.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Monitor the effectiveness of OKRs, coaching programs, and well-being initiatives, leveraging data and feedback to refine
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in Organizational Development (OD) with at least 7 years of experience in OD, Learning & Development (L&D), or related fields.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing OKRs/KPIs to align individual, team, and company objectives.
- Hands-on experience in performance management frameworks, including coaching managers on goal setting, tracking, and achieving OKRs.
- Expertise in employee development programs to build skills, support career growth, and enhance organizational capability.
