**Job Purpose**

Responsible for supporting the design and implementation of the organization's structure, roles, and job profiles. This role works closely with senior/lead to analyze organizational data, contribute to workforce planning initiatives, and assist in the job evaluation process. The role holder will collaborates with cross-functional teams to enable the alignment of the company's talent and resources with its strategic objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**

Assist in conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, decision-making, and reporting relationships

Support in the process of manpower change requests and organization change request as per OD guidelines.

Contribute to the design of job roles, responsibilities, and role profiles to support the organization's strategic goals and operational needs

Gather and analyze data to assess current and future workforce needs, including headcount, skills, and capabilities

Maintain job profiles and role hierarchies, making updates as the organization evolves

Contribute to the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the organization design and workforce planning functions

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in organizational design to support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies**

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

CIPD L3 or SHRM-CP (preferred).

**Minimum Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning.
