Key Responsibilities:

- Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and

- Client Acquisition:

the customs clearance and logistics sectors.
- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and

providing tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development:
Prepare and present proposals and business cases to prospective clients, highlighting the

benefits of KM Cargo & Custom Clearance services.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including operations and compliance, to ensure seamless

service delivery.
- Performance Metrics:
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to

improve business development strategies.
- Networking:
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the KM Cargo & Custom

Clearance brand.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Customs Clearance business development or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
