Supporting the HR Team: Assisting in implementing human resources strategies, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
Record Management: Maintaining employee files and records, ensuring that information is updated accurately.
Organizing and Implementing Training Activities: Assisting in planning and organizing workshops and training programs.
Assisting in Report Preparation: Preparing regular reports on employee performance, attendance, and engagement.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
