**Description**

You as a Project Management Support will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Project Manager with supporting to project team is responsible for the successful execution or delivery of assigned projects on time, with budget with on quality & safety framework of Hitachi Energy.

**Your responsibilities**
- Preparing documentation and projects Reports editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
- Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents (physical and digital) and supporting on invoices issue, submittal and acknowledgement
- Preparing materials for and assists in project reviews. Updating project (cost), monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on.
- Instructions from the Project Manager and supporting training Manager by arrange a Training Material or Logistic files and facilities for training
- Supporting other function as required and assisting project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project progress.
- Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and updates and scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed between department and cross function.
- Assisting in the preparation of project presentations and meetings documentation with stakeholders and communication liaison between project team members and external parties.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deadlines and organizing & maintaining project files and records for easy retrieval.
- Supporting the outlook of the budget monitoring processes and assisting with the operation manager the risk management and change management activities.

**Your background**
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or diploma in Project Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 experience in an administrative role or project support position is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
