**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented **Quality Specialist** to join our team based in **Jeddah, KSA.**

This position will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning and waste management projects under the General Administration of Cleaning Projects in Jeddah Governorate meet the required quality standards. This role focuses on implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, and ensuring that projects adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements.

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Developing and implementing quality assurance and control procedures for cleaning and waste management projects.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions to enhance project quality.
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure that quality measures are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Preparing detailed reports on quality performance, outlining successes, deficiencies, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international quality standards, as well as project-specific requirements.
- Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project quality and performance.
- Providing training and guidance to project teams on quality control and best practices.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include **3+ years of experience** in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in public infrastructure or environmental services, partnered with a **Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.**

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and quality control tools.
- Experience conducting audits and inspections, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
