**Job Description and Qualifications**

**NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN COMPANY**:
Air Products has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with ACWA Power and NEOM and together established the NEOM GREEN HYDROGEN COMPANY (NGHC). The Company will be Owner and Operator of the world’s first and largest green hydrogen project at an estimated capital investment of USD $ 5bn. This unique project will be a fore-runner in green hydrogen-based ammonia production and will serve the new and growing global Hydrogen markets. The facility will be sited in NEOM, KSA and will be powered by more than 4GW of renewable solar, wind and battery storage. The project is scheduled to be onstream in 2026.**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Develop and continuously improve NGHC Project Management System, maintain Project Management Standards and tools, provide continuous and comprehensive support to Project Management Teams to deliver NGHP and HIDC projects on time, on budget and within established scope**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES**:

- Maintain and continuously develop and improve NGHC Project Management System
- Develop and continuously maintain Project Management Standards (Project Management Manual, procedures, and other documents, necessary for effective management of the NGHC projects)
- Provide comprehensive and continuous support to Project Management Teams (PMT) and Project Managers (PM) to effectively manage HIDC and NGHP projects
- Provide comprehensive support and advice to the top management from integrated, program management point of view
- Develop tools, techniques, approaches necessary for effective management of the NGHC projects and integrate them into Project Management Teams
- Provide comprehensive and continuous support to Project Control Team within schedule control, cost control and document control processes
- Lead development of process maps across project management processes
- Lead risk assessment analysis, propose mitigation measures, manage, and maintain Risk Register
- Develop IT management platform for project management
- Develop management methods, tools, techniques, and PM approach
- Organize and lead certification of NGHC Management System as appropriate
- Support Project Management Teams (PMT) and Project Managers to effectively manage HIDC and NGHP projects
- Provide trainings in Management System and project management areas
- Organize professional certification of NGHC personnel in PM and MS standards
- Lead development of reports to top management of the Company
- Develop necessary presentations and information notes

**BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Development experience of Project Management System in companies managing large scale complex international projects
- Experience in PMS documentation development
- Experience in processes mapping
- Experience in PMS certification in accordance with worldwide international standards
- Project management experience in large scale industrial projects through all life cycles
- High level of engineering knowledge and experience
- High level of knowledge of strategies development of companies being owners and operators
- Experience in working within multicultural and international environment
- Ability to lead and motivate teamwork in culturally diverse teams

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master’s degree in engineering field
- High experience in Project Management System development, being on leading positions managing development of MS
- High Project Management experience and knowledge
- Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in large scale international programs/projects working on leading management positions
- Experience in program/project management office management and project management systems development
- Extensive knowledge of international PM standards
- Strong communication skills and organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong analytical, structural thinking, problem solving and writing skills
- Good IT skills wrt MS Office incl. MS projects, Visio
- Readiness to relocate to NGHC site or any other location in KSA
