Systems Management Manager

+ To review the relevant documents prior to start of construction e.g. IFC, shop drawings and project specification etc.

+ Coordinate with project team in reviewing, monitoring and managing all work related to the implementation of the ELV, ICT and SAS systems of the Project.

+ Serve as the Project Site Representative for ELV/ICT/SAS in all matters related to construction quality assurance of electrical works.

+ Coordinating with other discipline engineer and to assist the Project Manager in ensuring completion of the project per schedule within budget, in accordance with quality standards.

+ Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all ELV/ICT/SAS related works, interfaces with other systems, at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.

+ Monitor the implementation works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents, Work Method Statement, Standards & Codes, and industry recognized best management practices.

+ Assist in the review and processing of all ELV/ICT/SAS technical submittals.

+ Monitor the progress works of all ELV/ICT/SAS activities and operations. Coordinate with all other disciplines - mechanical, civil/structural and architectural, electrical.

+ Inspections are carried out as per shop drawings if any non-conformance found will issue SI or NCR.

+ Assist team in the review of contractors' claims related to ELV/ICT/SAS works including recommendations, quantification of claim value and/or changes in schedules.

+ Witness testing and commissioning of the works.

+ Assist team in the review of all relevant drawings submitted by contractor in a timely manner, including the contractors' as-built drawings.

+ Assist with the final inspection of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of punch lists. Monitor final completion of all electrical Works identified.

+ Ensuring that all activities related to the ELV/ICT/SAS packages are performed in accordance with the contract and the agreed Quality System requirements.

+ Advise HSE manager to ensure all necessary safety measures are addressed in method statements as it relates to ELV/ICT/SAS work items.

+ Liaise with and ensure a continuous flow of communication across projects and departments on all issues of substance.

+ Attend engineering meetings with design team, contractors and relevant sub-contractors.

+ Review all final completion reports for the ELV/ICT/SAS packages against actual work and contract requirements.

+ Ensure as-built drawings are furnished according to latest information from site.

+ Manages projects and personnel.

+ Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and directs, leads and manages as necessary.

+ Works with diverse business groups and customers to implement strategic objectives for the IT organization.

+ Plans and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.

+ Mentors and encourages development of junior level employees to take responsibility for their development within the company.

+ Reports to an Sr. IT Manager.
