- Measuring of individual and overall team performance, Leading the project team
- building activities & creating reward and recognition System.
- Resolving team conflicts and ensuring effective communication between team members.
- Measuring the project performance against the project baseline; analyzing work performance data determining variances from baseline and identifying its impact on the project constraints.
- Managing the change management process and the change control board approving or rejecting internal or external change requests and updating project Plan and project documents.
- Close follow up with Finance to manage the cash out to be according to the Plan & according to sub-vendors performance as per agreed contracts with sellers.
- Leading the collection team to ensure the cash in process is according to the project plan.
- Monthly update of project financial statement and Working with the sponsor to set plane to provide the required Funds to meet the project requirements as per project plan.
- Reporting the progress to the senior management & PMO and to the customer using bar charts, Milestone charts and other tools and techniques.
- Close observation Project management information system and identifying any enhancements required.
- Awareness of several tools and techniques used for project scheduling and budget development; choosing the tools that best fits the project requirements.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality Plan and making sure that project deliverables including products and services meet the quality standards.
- Achieving customer satisfaction and trust.
- Managing scope variations & Financial claims ;leading price negotiations and contracts management
- Closing all procurement documents with sub vendors and participation in Vendor evaluation systems.
- Lead the closeout of the project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion through review of internal system information, contact with the customer, and coordination with support services such as field services, after-shipment support, and training functions. Validate project performance against target profitability,
- Handover to Service &Handover to Customer.
- Managing the team to achieve the project deliverables within project constraints.
- Leading the efforts of registering lessons learnt and creating case studies to be used by future projects.
