**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas within the golf sector.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and monitor progress.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present regular reports on strategic initiatives to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Identify and promote innovative practices that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in the golfing sector.
- Assess potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the golf industry and its market dynamics is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools and project management software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
