- Position Overview
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative media strategies that effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.-
- Strategy Management: Oversee the execution of client strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs across multiple functions including paid media, data and analytics, partnerships, brand health.-
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive positioning to inform media strategies.-
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging and integration across all media channels.-
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and rates to maximize ROI.-
- Budget Oversight: Manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.-
- Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on media campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.- KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media strategy or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.-
- Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and execution across various channels.-
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven media strategies.-
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of media metrics and KPIs.-
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.-
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.-
- Experience with media and market research tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, BAV, Euromonitor or similar.-
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and emerging media technologies.
