As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating joint venture projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support setting up JVs and prepare them for operation.
- Coordinate and manage joint venture projects from inception to completion
- Analyze Board resolutions and provide the necessary reports and recommendation.
- Support negotiations with stakeholders and partners, and leads information gathering and Reporting.
- Analyze and monitor Affiliates agreements, identify gaps for the implementation.
- Responsible for the developing the service agreements between Saudi Aramco and Affiliates.
- Monitor and support the execution of the Service agreements.
- Be responsible for the administrative process following the execution of the service agreements.
- Monitor market performance identify best practices across Affiliates portfolio to optimize the businesses.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in joint venture or partnership environments
- PMP certification is a plus
- Relevant experience in setting up JVs
- Relevant experience in transaction development
- Previous work in or closely related to Affiliates business management
- Previous work in or closely related to Information Technology area
- Having developed partnership agreements
