Call Center Agent (Arabic/English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products and services.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure resolution and closure.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work flexible shifts as part of a 24/7 customer service operation.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience (experience in the insurance sector is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Primarily work from home. However, May be required to attend the office as per business or operational requirements.*
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ﷼4,500.00 per month
