**About Us**: Join our dynamic team at Jadarat Al Bina. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize warehouse operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
