We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in **RIYADH **location**.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Warehouse Operations**: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
- **Customs Clearance**: Manage and ensure the smooth execution of customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- **Team Coordination**: Supervise and coach the warehouse team, ensuring they meet performance standards. Provide training and support to enhance team capabilities.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate inventory counting and reconciliation, maintaining high accuracy in stock levels and managing hold stocks efficiently.
- **Co-Packing Operations**: Oversee co-packing activities, ensuring timely completion with zero quality issues. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of co-pack operations.
- **Cost & Budget Control**: Monitor warehouse operational costs to ensure they remain within budget. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- **3PL Coordination** (preferred): If applicable, oversee the performance of third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- **Reporting & KPIs**: Provide accurate and timely reports on warehouse operations, tracking KPIs, and highlighting any deviations for corrective action.
- **Process Improvement & Lean Management**: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and lead initiatives for continuous improvement using Lean management principles.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience in customs clearance procedures is required.
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) providers is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
