**Responsibilities**
- Hands on experience in design, implementation and delivery of cloud infrastructure and solutions in secure manner while ensuring availability, scalability, performance and cost.
- Operational management of complete ICT (network / computer / security) services including data, Wi-Fi, voice, and communication platforms.
- Well versed with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, others) and their services to understand pricing models and optimize resource usage.
- Develop mechanism to conduct regular performance reviews of cloud-based services to ensure KPIs are met satisfactorily (security, uptime, performance, cost).
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of various aspects of information security (endpoint, network, access control), data encryption and relevant solutions.
- Responsible for planning and migrating on-premises solutions to the cloud.
- Well versed with campus switching and operations environment. Design, deploy and manage solutions for LAN network, voice, CCTV, audio-visual conferencing solutions, on-prem storage / servers and desktop technologies.
- Manage a team of desktop support engineers, network / security engineers and system admins, create an environment where the team can learn, grow and work in collaborative manner.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or a related field.
- 10 years of experience.
