We are looking for a senior commercial director to work for our client permanently in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. To apply, you must have proven experience working on large scale / prestigious projects, with this role being an airport construction scheme. You must be knowledgeable in commercial management, estimating, pre-construction activities. The nature of our clients’ projects are airports, mixed use, cultural, hospitality, residential, infrastructure, and power / energy. You will join a very well-established project team, be accepted into the expatriate family and shown a new way of life in the Middle East; fitness, coffees and social events a plenty - Things have changed in Saudi and a western way is being more accepted locally. Take you career to a new level in international major projects and earn tax free money.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience in the discipline
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, or related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc)
- RICS qualified (MRICS) Ideally or equivalent
- FRICS (Beneficial)
- Proactive, quality driven, self-motivated, and hands-on team-leader with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management
- Experience in leading teams of professionals with a strength in growing and developing people.

Pay: ﷼80,000.00 - ﷼90,000.00 per month
