**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that align with Qiddiya’s goals and enhance revenue streams.
- Drive market penetration and business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive collaborative opportunities.
- Negotiate complex agreements, ensuring favorable terms and maximum value for Qiddiya.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor commercial performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies while promoting best practices across commercial activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience in commercial roles within the real estate or entertainment sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
