**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of our eCommerce platform, from requirements gathering to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into user stories, wireframes, and functional requirements.
- Manage the prioritization and execution of product features, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Analyze user data, conduct A/B tests, and gather customer feedback to improve the user experience and drive conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, such as site traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce space.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales on the eCommerce platform.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure smooth operations and integrations.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of eCommerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as an eCommerce Product Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of user experience, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with B2B eCommerce is a plus.
- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.
