**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Serve as the **technical authority** on bridge and tunnel design projects across all project stages—from concept to detailed design.
- Lead the **design and review** of complex structural systems, ensuring technical accuracy, innovation, and compliance with local and international standards (AASHTO, Eurocode, BS, MOT, etc.).
- Manage and mentor structural engineers, designers, and technicians, promoting technical excellence and continuous development.
- Lead **project delivery** including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for structural design packages.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and authorities to provide strategic advice, resolve technical issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Oversee preparation of reports, technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
- Support **business development** by contributing to proposals, bids, and presentations, and identifying new opportunities in the Saudi market.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal QA/QC processes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, highway, MEP, and environmental disciplines.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- **15+ years of professional experience**, with a strong portfolio of **bridge and tunnel design** projects, including at least **5 years in Saudi Arabia**.
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects within consultancy or design-build environments.
- Strong familiarity with **Saudi authority requirements** (MOT, Arriyadh Development Authority, Royal Commission, etc.).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., MIDAS, SOFiSTiK, LUSAS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Professional certification such as PE, CEng, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience contributing to business growth.
