We are seeking an BD Assistant to provide essential support to the General Manager of our Operations department in KSA. This role is critical in managing daily schedules, arranging meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize the General Manager's schedule, including daily appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and assistance.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle office correspondence, ensuring efficient communication flow.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BBA/MBA or equivalent.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of BD assistant experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
