**Responsibilities**:

- Payroll: Preparing and processing Monthly payroll based on timesheets
- Settlements: collecting documents from employees and Process Vacation/ EOSB/payments.
- Personnel Coordination:
a. First point of contact for employees attend call on their query for policy and procedure
b. Maintain and update employee rosters.
c. Ensure timely assistance to employees on for various queries on daily basis
d. Notify and follow-up on employee query / grievance.
e. Inform employee for any discrepancy in their timesheet / forms and provide assistance to fix it.
f. Maintain all data well organised and to prepare reports as per management reports

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Associate Degree / Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination within Saudi Arabia
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project.
