As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on a range of complex social infrastructure programs throughout Saudi Arabia. You will be a crucial member of our civil engineering team, working to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030 by bringing visible change to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.
- Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors.
- Analyze and report on costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses.
- Monitor project progress and ensure costs remain within budget.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the billing processes and resolve any disputes over payment.
- Prepare detailed reports and forecasts, including cash flow projections.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a focus on social infrastructure programs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regulatory requirements is a plus.
