**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect or client.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Advise on a range of legal and contractual issues related to construction projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts, claims, and changes in contract terms and working with client/partner commercial teams to support claims and disputes.
- Provide assistance and strategic input to project management teams and project controls management to develop cost and schedule goals and provide performance metrics that help track overall project success criteria.
- Attend project/site meetings and take attendance of all subcontractors attending meetings, reviewing the meeting minutes.
- Lead a team of Junior Quantity Surveyors, ensuring their ongoing development and knowledge-building.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the civil engineering sector.
- Experience in the Middle East or GCC region is highly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without supervision and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
