We are currently seeking a qualified Saudi national to join our team as a PRO/GRO Coordinator. This position will be responsible for managing various Public Relations (PRO) and Government Relations (GRO) related tasks in Phase 3 of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle all PRO/GRO related activities.
- Navigate and manage Government Portals such as Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and government authorities.
- Maintain and update records related to PRO/GRO functions.
- Provide necessary support in visa processing and related documentation.
- Handle any communication or correspondence with government offices.
- Assist in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies related to government procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Administration.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Government Portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Saudi Nationality.
