**Role Summary**:
Purchase most acceptable quality materials, supplies, equipment, and contractual services at the lowest possible cost and ensure time delivery to meet our production requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert purchase requisition in purchase orders in timely manager.
- Execute and manage continuous improvement in areas of Purchases.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Able to work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company.
- Evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
- Strong Decision-Making Skills: Able use the information gathered by yourself and the purchasing agents to make decisions on behalf of your company.
- Able to analyze prices and get the best deals possible.
- Strong Negotiating Skills: Able to work with suppliers to create the best deals. Negotiating skills will help create those deals.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of procurement to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Manage the procurement of Raw & Packaging material required for production and different departments, ensuring availability of material as per right quality, price and agreed timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or any relevant degree.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the same field.
- Fluent in both English & Arabic.
- Certification in Procurement.
- Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations of imports.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
