**Role + Responsibility ;
- Update Sales Order in SAP upon receiving of goods - MIGO Posting, check sales order fulfillment.
- Update sales order when goods are ready for dispatch; requesting release approvals for delivery.
- Customs Clearance by 3PL - Ensure timely customs clearance is done and all documents are available at E+H SC KSA.
- Delivery Planning and coordination with Logistic Service provider for receiving shipments and delivery activities.
- Ensure to obtain daily /weekly reports from the 3PL provider on deliveries and stock movements.
- Escalated reporting to Supply Chain Team Lead and Logistics & Supply Chain Manager required on orders released but on HOLD.
- Attend to customer queries on delivery schedules and make sure that the appropriate feedback is given to customer.

**Qualification + Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or Business Administration.
- 1 - 5 years’ experience in Logistics monitoring & planning.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Experienced in SAP and ERP system.
