We are looking for experienced **Coordinator** to join us in **Tawuniya Inherent Defect Insurance (IDI) Project.**

- _ Coordinate effectively between clients, management and inspection engineers to ensure smooth communication and project workflow. _
- _Manage the preparation, printing and documentation of inspection reports and certificates issued by engineers. _
- _Act as a liaison to addressing queries and supporting in resolving work-related coordination works. _
- _Maintain accurate records of project documentation and ensure timely submission to stakeholders._
- _ Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and documenting minutes for project coordination._
- _ Monitor Submissions timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met._
- _ Support compliance audits by organizing and providing required documentation._
- _ Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve administrative & coordination issues._

**Qualifications**

- _ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field. _
- _Saudi female 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, document control, preferably in inspection and engineering._
- _ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)._
- _ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment._
- _ Preferred experience in IDI program_
- _ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams._
