About the Role**Role Description**

A Data Management Consultant is responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to organizations seeking to optimize their data management practices. This role involves assessing clients' data landscapes, identifying challenges, and developing comprehensive data management solutions. The consultant will collaborate with clients to implement data governance frameworks, improve data quality, and enhance data accessibility.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct data assessments and audits to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential risks
- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and standards aligned with business objectives
- Design and implement data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, and access controls, to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Oversee data quality initiatives and implement processes to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead data quality initiatives to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Develop data models and metadata to facilitate data understanding and utilization
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and metadata
- Ensure data compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide data management consulting services to clients, including workshops, presentations, and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in data management consulting or related roles (at least 3 years - till 20 years)
- Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data security and all other models as per DAMA standards
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data integration tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possessing relevant certifications, such as CDP, CDMP, CDA, or CISA, is preferred

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼50,000.00 per month
