**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Support Data Governance Initiatives**:

- Assist in implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures under the guidance of senior data management leaders.
- Help track data governance metrics and prepare reports on data quality, compliance, and governance status.
- ** Data Quality Support**:

- Conduct data validation and cleansing activities to maintain high data quality across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues, documenting processes and findings.
- ** Master Data Management (MDM) Assistance**:

- Provide support in MDM projects, helping maintain accurate master data across various systems.
- Ensure data alignment by coordinating with business units and supporting efforts to streamline data definitions and usage.
- ** Compliance & Security Support**:

- Assist with data privacy and compliance requirements, ensuring data management practices adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Work with IT and compliance teams to address data access and security concerns, logging and tracking issues as needed.
- ** Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation for data governance practices, policies, and data quality activities.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations to communicate data governance and quality updates to stakeholders.
- ** Training & Stakeholder Support**:

- Assist in training sessions and workshops to promote data literacy and governance practices among business users.
- Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries, supporting teams with data-related challenges and guiding best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 5-7 years of experience in data management, data governance, or data quality support roles.
- ** Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail in maintaining data quality and data governance documentation.
- ** Communication Skills**: Good communication skills to assist stakeholders and explain data governance concepts to non-technical users.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**: Basic data management certifications (e.g., CDMP) are a plus.
