The Key Account Manager will be responsible for the most important client’s account in Governmental & Private Business in KSA for establishing high degree of trust with the client’s team at all levels. The incumbent must build, maintain, and secure a long-term strong relationship with the client. The Key Account Manager will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs and requirements to promote Radiometer solutions, and work within the company to ensure deadlines committed to the client are fulfilled. The Key Account Manager is expected to create opportunities to generate new business from the assigned key account and expand the relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet its objectives.
This position is based in Riyadh and will be working in Hybrid Work Set-up. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Build account map for key client to provide a holistic view and better understanding of the internal process and roles/ responsibilities of the different people within the client, and the relationship between them e.g., the decision maker, influencers, blockers, buyers, etc.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the key client needs/ requirements and driven situation.
- Expand the existing relationships at all levels within the key client by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Establish the appropriate network of contacts within the client’s team and develop trusted relationships with them to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between the key client and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by the client and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Key Account Analysis.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition; and provide regular feedback.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- University Graduate in Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Health Science, Medical Technology, Clinical Pathology or equivalent, along with specialization in Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the medical diagnostic industry preferably in POC or Lab environment.
- Strong networking, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with MS Office, Miro, and CRM.
- Travel: up to 25%
- You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the Lab medical device / med-tech industry in KSA.
- You possess excellent effective communications/ presentation, follow-up, administrative, organizational & interpersonal skills.
- You demonstrate the ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
