This is an opportunity for a high caliber Project Director to work for a reputable International Consultancy delivering rewarding/complex Stadia projects in Saudi Arabia. As Project Director you will need to collaborate with various stakeholders, including the development team, architects, engineers, contractors, and operators to ensure the project's success.

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing a comprehensive project plan, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Identifying project requirements, constraints, and risks.
- Establishing project budgets and resource allocations.
- Creating project budgets and resource allocations.
- Collaborating with the development team to align project goals.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure clear communication and coordination.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are properly managed.
- Supervising all aspects of the delivery process, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Developing and implementing procurement and contracting strategies, reporting on project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Managing change orders, budget adjustments, and scope variations.
- Ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient construction activities.
- Conducting regular team meetings, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure delivery meets the required standards.
- Monitoring safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Implementing and monitoring the company sustainability targets for the project.
- Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and risks.

You will hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Proven experience in delivering at least 1 large scale, high standard, Stadium/Leisure project is a necessity.

Minimum 20 years PMC/Main Contractor experience with ideally time spent in the GCC would be desirable.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
