700Apps is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable ALFABET Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. As an ALFABET SME, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the ALFABET suite of products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations on effectively leveraging ALFABET to achieve their strategic objectives. Your strong technical background and deep understanding of ALFABET will enable you to successfully architect and implement solutions for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing expert-level guidance and support on the use of the ALFABET Enterprise Architecture (EA) software platform
- Designing and implementing ALFABET-based enterprise architecture models and frameworks
- Configuring and customizing ALFABET to meet the organization's specific requirements
- Training and mentoring other team members on ALFABET usage and best practices
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, both Arabic and English-speaking, to understand their needs and translate them into ALFABET-based solutions
- Maintaining and updating ALFABET models and documentation as the enterprise architecture evolves
- Identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance the organization's use of ALFABET

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ALFABET suite of products
- Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong expertise in ALFABET architecture, configuration, and customization
- Experience in designing and implementing ALFABET solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies
- Ability to effectively train and educate clients and internal teams on ALFABET
- Understanding of IT governance and IT portfolio management
- Experience in software development methodologies and practices
- Certification in ALFABET is a plus
