**Role Overview**:
The Sr. Sales Executive at ABANA Enterprises Group Co. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market dynamics. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients to achieve sales goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze market conditions and identify business opportunities.
