**Key Accountabilities**:
**1. Production Review***:

- Assist in preparing the Monthly Technical Report to analyze production efficiency.**Performance Indicator**:
Timely preparation of Monthly Report.

**2. Production Reporting***:

- Ensure BaaN system reporting is up-to-date for operations completion, estimated vs actual materials/hours, and back-flushing to get actual product cost.
- Ensure completion of production order receipts to enable product delivery.
- Handle back-flushing/manual issuing of raw materials for inventory control.
- Resolve material shortages for production orders to prevent variance.**Performance Indicator**:
All reporting is accurate and timely for raw materials and worked hours.

**3. Annual Inventory***:

- Assist with the annual inventory count and data tabulation to identify warehouse variances.**Performance Indicator**:
Stock counts and uncommitted warehouse quantities are accurate and organized.

**4. Policies & Procedures***:

- Follow all operational procedures and work instructions for consistency.**Performance Indicator**:
Compliance with procedures as confirmed by audits.

**5. Production Workflow***:

- Report problems, mistakes, or non-conformities during production reporting to supervisors.**Performance Indicator**:
Proper activity reporting and record updates.

**Job Context**:
Responsible for accurate and timely production activity reporting in the BaaN system. Ensures correct documentation, material distribution based on recipes, and variance tracking. Provides accessible and organized data for authorized personnel.

Production Control Supervisor, Quality Control, BaaN team, and Delivery team**External**:
None

**Decision-Making Authority**:

- No financial decision-making authority.
- Responsible only for decisions within job scope; refers higher-level decisions to a supervisor.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or technical degree**Experience**:
1-2 years in a similar position

- Knowledge of products, raw materials, computer systems (especially BaaN), and recipes.
