**What You'll be Doing**:

- Lead and manage the construction management team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all aspects of construction activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, and site supervision.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics.Implement best practices and innovative strategies to optimize project delivery and efficiency.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role and a minimum 5yrs+ experience in GCC (KSA experience ideally).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are highly desirable
