**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance activities for reliable plant operation in line with business objectives including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and plant turnarounds.
- Ensures that all mechanical maintenance work is carried out in accordance with approved safety standards and procedures.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manages the activities of Mechanical Maintenance personals. Performs supervisory functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by Management.- Develops and implements the mechanical maintenance reliability program.- Oversees the development and implementation of mechanical maintenance procedures.- Ensures that mechanical maintenance work is carried out efficiently at minimum cost and in accordance with approved safety standards.- Ensures all relevant engineering standards and procedures are followed during plant repairs and alterations by in-house and contract resources.- Coaches and develops team members to promote individual growth and promote internal succession in line with Saudization objectives.- Supports the development and implementation of the maintenance workflow process and maintenance execution system.- Ensures mechanical equipment failures are analyzed and improvement recommendations are implemented to prevent repeat failures.- Identifies critical spare parts and specialized tools and ensures their availability in compliance with the reliability centered maintenance program. Supports the development of specifications and supplier lists for spare parts to enable ordering/reordering.- Participates in Emergency Response and Command activities as required.- Ensures that all mechanical personnel and contractors are fully briefed on the Company's HSE regulations and adhere to them.- Leads safety and housekeeping audits in the plants.- Carries out other similar or related duties as assigned by management.

**Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering**Minimum Experience**:
6+ years’ Plant Maintenance experience. Strong preference will be given to previous experience in the same process industry.**Ma’aden High-Performance Competencies:

- Fluency in written/spoken English, Good computer skills in using Microsoft software and industry specific software, Integrated Management System, Oracle, RCM, RBI, Planning, Design, etc.,
