There is a requirement to engage with External Corporate Clients, External Financial Institutes, Legal Dept, Risk Dept, Trade Sales, to negotiate and agree upon an acceptable Guarantee / LC text.
As a Operation Associate in Trade & Working Capital, you will managedifferent components of workload, client services and other internal and external reporting on daily basis ensuring adherence to designated deadlines and controls. You will work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks and efficiencies to be implemented on the unit. You will work with partnership with senior management of Trade & Working Capital Operations who provides end-to-end product coverage for international trade products, including client servicing, document support and product servicing and billing with a scalable support structure that allows for high-volume through-put. The team has a strong risk management program tailored for local regulations and the technology platform suits end-to-end core product needs. Trade Finance Operations provides unique offerings to different market segments.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 10+ years of Trade Finance experience/ Banking Operations and Client Service together with up-to-date knowledge of current market practice.
- University Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - in is essential
- Proven skills in team supervision / management
- An understanding of Trade Finance documentation and the Trade Finance Operations business.
- Extensive knowledge of the International Chamber of Commerce Rules and Regulations governing trade finance products: ISP 98 / URDG / UCP600 and local regulations of SAMA.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance, and regulatory policies
- Ability to manage own and others workload.
- Experience working within a matrix-style structure across a global team
- Professional telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Arabic Language skills is required
- CDCS Qualified
