**Job Description and Requirements**
We're hiring for a** Partner Sales Manager **to own and drive our partner ecosystem and initiatives in **Saudi Arabia**. In this role, you will serve as the eye, ear and mouth for your partner accounts. We're looking for someone who is a team player and will own the partnerships end-to-end - very hands-on and motivated to not only help define the partner strategy, but also ne responsible for its ultimate successful execution and key metrics.
This role is ideal for someone who is results-guided, detail-oriented, organized and partner-focused with a can-do attitude. You will work closely with Regional Sales Management and the Partner Sales team to define a Partner GTM strategy that aligns and contributes significantly to the revenue plan of the Country, Region and EMEA Partner Organisation.
**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate meaningful, trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with your partner organizations
- Increase brand awareness, build mindshare and position Synopsys as the partner of choice throughout your partner accounts
- Formulate, negotiate and execute on a partnership vision, strategy, and joint go-to-market plan with your partners and internal stakeholders
- Understand and be ingrained in your partners’ business priorities, go-to-market approach and use this insight to build and execute a joint partnership strategy to identify new sales and marketing opportunities
- Create demand and oversee pipeline and booking to hit or exceed quarterly and annual targets with partner accounts
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute strategies geared toward partner pipeline growth
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business or Technical/ Computer Science related disciplines
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; 2 years of either business development/ alliances, sales/ sales engineering or product management/ marketing experience
- Passionate about and knowledge of the security industry and modern technologies like Cloud, Containers and DevOps
- Must be collaborative and hands-on: easy to work with, an ability to influence internal/ external stakeholders and willing to roll-up sleeves to do the work
- Experience in creating and interfacing with new relationships and sustaining them over a period of time, from C-level to staff/ individual contributors
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work successfully both by yourself, as well as on a team
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels and organizations
- Experience developing and implementing joint go-to-market strategies
