As a Resources Specialist, you’ll be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.

As a Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Resourcing deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
- Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation
- Developing long range forecast for region resource needs
- Developing and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training
- Working together with people from the business unit.
- Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.
- Handling targeted clients.
- Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.
- Assigning field hands based on competencies and drilling requirements.
- Managing Field Work Force rotation

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
- Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Have good communication skills.
- Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution
