**Role overview**

A successful product specialist is someone who has a passion for the products they work with and keeps expanding their product knowledge. We're looking for someone who's empathetic with users, able to spot their real needs, and have a comprehensive understanding of the product to offer alternatives in case a need is not directly fulfilled by the existing features.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Developing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Performing product demonstrations to Kitchen staff.
- Gathering feedback and offering recommendations for the engineering team.
- Planning and assisting with new product releases and events.
- Collaborate with the Ops team to build and contribute to their staff training materials
- Document Product updates and how-to guides in text or video formats
- Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with the development of business plans.
- Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.

**Qualifications**
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Ability to comprehend and recall details like product features.
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye on continuous improvement and attention to detail
- Can partner with and collaborate with others effectively
- Acumen in software and systems.
- Willingness to spend the majority of his/her working hours in the Riyadh Kitchen.
