**Responsibilities**:
**Management**:
Ensure Cybersecurity Committee compliance with approved Charter and SAMA CSF. Develop and enhance documentation, train staff, and review/update Cybersecurity Strategy aligned with business goals. Maintain KPIs and KRIs to measure cybersecurity effectiveness.

**Governance, Risk, and Compliance**:
Review Enterprise Security architecture, refine policies and controls, and ensure Cybersecurity aligns with Risk Management Framework. Ensure Regulatory and Compliance Requirements adherence and oversee Third-Party Risk Management. Review findings of Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing.

**IT Security**:
Enhance various technology areas including Network Security, Data Centre Security, and Application Security. Conduct Vulnerability assessments, ensure Infrastructure security, and review asset data classification. Review findings of Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing.

**IT Security Operations**:
Develop Remediation Strategy, review incident logging processes, and update Event Management and Incident Management policies. Coordinate actions based on SOC reports. Conduct Internal Penetration testing.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Drive remediation actions based on audit findings and promote a culture of Continuous Improvement to enhance organizational cybersecurity posture. Review Cyber Security Audit or reviews findings.

**Third-Party Security**:
Review and update third-party risk assessment processes, conduct assessments during onboarding, and enhance the Third-party Cybersecurity Risk Register. Conduct Asset valuation in third-party risk assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM preferred.
- Extensive experience in Cybersecurity management, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of SAMA CSF, NCA Cybersecurity Control Standards, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cyber Security: 3 years (preferred)
