**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and target potential customers in the construction, electrical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors for steel and EMT pipes.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver impactful product presentations, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications of steel and EMT pipes to decision-makers.
- **Negotiations**: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- **Sales Goals**: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by proactively pursuing leads and driving business growth.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations, ensuring that the company remains competitive and informed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (logistics, customer service, warehouse) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the company’s CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of steel pipes, EMT pipes, or related products in the construction, electrical, or industrial sectors.
- **Sales Track Record**: Demonstrated success in sales, with a proven ability to manage a territory, build a client base, and meet or exceed sales goals.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- **Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Industry Network**: Established relationships within the steel and electrical sectors, with a strong network of potential customers or industry contacts.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations governing steel pipes and EMT pipes.
