Logistics/Supply Analyst

This contract will provide support to RSNF Naval Special Forces, also known as Naval Special Security forces to include training and education, engineering, technical and management support for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). The required services shall support all levels of in-Kingdom RSNF training and other logístical and advisory support, often requiring time-sensitive responses.
- The Logistics/Supply Analyst primary role is to provide supply, logistics, and service support technical and managerial assistance to the RSNF.
- The additional duties and responsibilities listed below are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive:

- DUTIES:

- Analyze all areas of RSNF supply, logistics, and service support system organization, policy, procedures, and performance relative to USN supply support to the RSNF, such as provisioning, material acquisition and distribution, transportation, inventory control, storage and custody, and disposal.
- Review existing RSNF supply management plans, Integrated Logistics Support Program (ILSP) plans, schedules, and procedures pertaining to the supply support of major systems provided by the U.S. to the RSNF, including the integration of supply support from third country sources.
- Monitor and maintain supply systems management plans, schedules, and procedures, and the status of the overall supply support posture for ships, aircraft and Marine and Naval Special Security Force equipment and systems.
- Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, and point papers containing findings/results of analysis, studies and recommendations for updating and/or modifying RSNF supply, logistics, and service support organization programs, policies, procedures, performance and publications.
- Assist in Inventory Control Point operations and improvements in acceptance, cataloging, storage, and issuance of parts and consumables:

- Assist with the supervision, control, and coordination of the ICP Inventory Management Section, including budget development.
- Assist the RSNF with planning, coordinating, and monitoring the RSNF Repair of Repairable Program.
- Analyze RSNF inventory management system programs, policies, and procedures to determine currency, relevance and applicability to current training objectives. Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, and point papers containing findings/results to include recommendations for modification and/or development of RSNF inventory management system programs, policies, and procedures training schedules, delivery methods, and standards.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver inventory management training to expand knowledge and enhance the performance of RSNF Inventory Management Section personnel.
- Advise the RSNF ICP Director and, the Director of Supply in material management and repairable program matters.
- Participate in conferences, meetings, and discussions, as required, on matters concerning inventory control and repairable programs.
- REQUIRED:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or five years of related experience and/or education.
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in an associated functional task or five (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional task. Shall have United States Military or United States Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid drivers’ license from Home of Record.
- Language Skills: Satisfactory English proficiency to meet job requirements and to adhere and comply with safety, health, and security measures.
- Medical: Successfully complete and pass the medical and dental examinations as required by PAE and our customer for deployment to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Must maintain physical and dental requirements for the duration of the deployment.
- Work Ethic: Commitment to maintaining a high-performance team that delivers customer service excellence.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Shall have professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.
- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in supporting contract responsibilities at an overseas facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity with an international perspective.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel.
