**Job Description**:
The Finance Manager will support the organization by providing concise reporting standards, analysis and implementation recommendations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Take overall control of the company’s accounting and finance function in Saudi Arabia
- Ensure that the company financial statements are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
- Prepare and update the monthly budget for the operations in different parts of Saudi Arabia
- Monitor and manage key operating expenses, including payroll, administrative costs, rent fees and make appropriate recommendations on budget control
- Lead analysis of monthly financials in order to identify positive or negative trends from budget/forecasts and develop actions to resolve all variances from the budget
- Report to the company’s CFO and CEO on monthly/weekly financial performance of operations in Saudi Arabia
- Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets, prepare operational and risk reports for management’s analysis
- Build and manage relationships with banks in KSA for funding and financing purposes
- Negotiate with different stakeholders (mainly banks) for car financing and car leasing opportunities in KSA
- Discuss and negotiate car rental options and payment schedules with car operators and lessors
- Provide auditors with any data or information that they might need as part of their annual auditing procedures
- Work with a dynamic team for any ad-hoc requests that might arise as part of the normal course of business

**Requirements**:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university
- Recognized professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA or ACCA)
- Comfortable with the professional accounting standard IFRS
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Finance role with a GCC based company/startup
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience is preferred
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and analyzing financial data
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills and ability to follow up and manage more junior members if necessary
- Knowledge of Saudi regulations and accounting rules is preferred
