Ipsotek is looking for Commissioning and Testing Engineer (Jr-Mid Level) / Operations Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia
Type: Full time
Industries: ELV / CCT & Video Analytics for different sectors (Airports:City Surveillance: Commercial / Retail : Information Technology and Services : Government : Smart Cities : RTA)
Compensation: Dependent on skills and experience. Discretionary bonus scheme.

WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Recent Graduate with 12-18 Months work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a Computing IT or Electrical/Electronic Engineering related degree.
Related Certificates in Microsoft, IT, Network and Security is a bonus

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The key role responsibilities include:
1. Mid-level knowledge in implementing IT LAN, WAN, VPN Network environment. (CCNA)
2. Mid-level knowledge in install, manage and maintain Windows Server environment (MCSE)
3. Jr - Mid level in Commissioning CCTV System, IP Cameras (eg. Samsung, Axis, Pelco, Hikvision), VMS (Milestone, Pelco, Genetec) and Storages. (CCTV or Security Systems experience & Certificate is a bonus)
4. Basic knowledge of CCTV design, cameras, lenses are preferred.
5. Basic knowledge of Database Queries. (Eg. SQL/PLSQL)
6. Basic Knowledge of Video Analytics, FR & ANPR systems.
7. Basic knowledge of other ELV System and integration.
8. Basic Knowledge of Firewall Configuration.
9. Client Queries/requirements capture.
10. Knowledge in Preparing technical proposal and project completion documentation.
11. Must be willing to travel GCC wide
12. Providing professional 1st and 2nd line support for customers.
13. Escalating issues to relevant engineering team as required.
14. Installing and testing new software releases.
15. Reporting to PM and interacting across departments till successful closure of tasks

DESIRABLE-SIDE SKILL SET
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent verbal and communication skills with client facing.
3. Trouble shooting and fault diagnosis in software, hardware, and CCTV network.
4. Ability to work within an agile environment.
5. Technology Enthusiast and interest in Artificial Intelligence in Security field.
6. Familiarity with software programming development concepts
7. Other Points related to project delivery onsite: UAE Driver License / Car is preferred to provide services onsite. Travel might be required to customer site in MENA

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
