**We Elevate..... Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead the LP business for all markets without a dedicated KG LP organization.
- P&L responsibility for LP operational business for turnkey large projects.
- Build and maintain ability to offer and profitably execute complete turnkey projects.
- Agree large project ambition and cooperation with KGs and align strategic planning.
- Lead and administer processes for project management, business development management (sales), order, and layout engineering.
- Organize and operate claim management in collaboration with Global Quality & Environment (GQE

**Mobility needs you****:
**We Elevate.... Your Background**:

- In Elevator industry 10+ years, 5+ years in Schindler
- TREX Level 3 Certified preferred
- Handled Large Projects from approvals to Handover (100+ units in Low rise or 20+ units High rise).
- Good understanding of EN codes and standards for elevator and escalators
- Project planning and resource planning through MS project professional and Primavera.
- Good understanding of Contract / commercial
- Good understanding of Financials
- Good understanding of installation methodology
- MS office and SAP System.
- Schindler Product knowledge
- Subcontractor Management
- Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge -product, field-, safety procedures knowledge, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills. Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
- Desired experience in installations and leading teams in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least three years.
