We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and cash management
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Stay updated on financial concepts, regulations, and best practices
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software effectively

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in public accounting is a plus
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping

Pay: ﷼89,242.00 - ﷼97,279.00 per year
