The Role
SAS Global are currently seeking a number of very strong infrastructure/utilities project managers to work for a leading project management company managing a large scale infrastructure project located just outside of Riyadh, this position is semi remote and this is reflected in a good level of compensation Responsibilities: - Managing, monitoring and reporting of the projects design and construction phase. - Establishing a strong working relationship with clients and key stakeholders and ensure that all approvals are in place to meet schedule dates, as well as understanding regulatory requirements where applicable. - Developing the delivery strategy guiding the design management, managing procurement and all construction activities through the extended professional team of consultants and contractors. - Ensure that the approved project’s plans (execution plan, quality plan, safety plan, etc.) are being adhered to and implemented by the contractors/ sub-contractors. - Ensure the efficiency and quality of the construction work to meet program objectives and in budget. - Ensure correct implementation of the program governance, stakeholder management, coordination, specifications and standards. - Maintains first-level quality assurance to confirm that all work is in accordance with the plans, specifications, and industry standards. - Initiates and maintains cost and change management records, progress reports, project records, etc., as required - Implement project’s schedule and participate in preparing weekly/ monthly progress reports. - Manage client requirements advising on all technical engineering matters but do not solve the design related issues but coordinate these with the Lead Design Office;
- Monitor professional and technical innovation, advice and support to the operation team to assist with the safe and effective delivery of the project;
**Requirements**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in mega infrastructure projects. - Must be degree qualified in Engineering or Construction related field. - Project management, supervision and planning of projects. - Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in technical report writing as well as oral communication skills. - Excellent communications skills and reporting/presenting - Good knowledge of the tendering process
