- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software. - High typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to transcribe and produce documents efficiently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and maintaining professional boundaries. - Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. - Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
